ALL OF OUR PARTS COME WITH 14 DAYS WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
WE DO NOT OFFER ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT THE WRONG PART FOR YOUR TV, MISDIAGNOSED THE FAULT OR SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND. PLEASE GET YOUR TV CORRECTLY DIAGNOSED BEFORE ANY POSSIBLE PART PURCHASE, IT IS YOUR TV, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. IF YOU NEED ANY ADVICE THEN PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK BEFORE YOUR MAKE THE PURCHASE. IF OUR PART IS FAULTY THEN ABSOLUTELY WE WILL STAND BY IT AND DO THE RIGHT THING, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE US WITH A TECHNICIAN THAT WE CAN HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH TO CONCLUDE THAT OUR PART IS INDEED FAULTY, SIMPLY SAYING IT DIDN’T FIX THE PROBLEM IS NOT SUFFICIENT AND WON’T BE ACCEPTED.
These parts MUST only be installed by a qualified TV technician. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage, injury or any additional costs incurred.
In the unlikely event that one of our products arrives to you and is deemed to be faulty, contact must be made to inform us of said issue. We will do our best to remedy the problem by either sending an alternate/suitable part in exchange or offer you a refund once the part is returned to us and confirmed to be faulty.
NO REFUND will be issued to the buyer unless the replacement part/s were fitted by an experienced and/or suitably qualified technician and are able to provide sufficient proof of such on request if required.
The buyer will be responsible for any/all incurred delivery cost for returning the item to us.
